Healthy Frugal Meal Plan Example 1850 Calories


Breakfast:
4 Eggs
1 Bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Cereal w/Skin Milk
Banana
Coffee or Tea
Multivitamin for Men and 1-2 Flaxseed or Fish Oil Capsules (optional)
(550 Calories)

Snack #1:
Yogurt
Handful of Almonds
(200 Calories)

Lunch:
Spinach Salad with tomatoes, grilled chicken, light dressing
Glass or bottle of skim or 1% milk
(350 Calories)



Snack #2:
Large Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter (Tedy is a good brand option)

Dinner:
Grilled Salmon with vegetables
Cup of Brown Rice

Snack #3:
